Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) – Non-Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods (or the last item in a multiple delivery).
• To cancel, inform us by clear statement (e.g., email to contacts@renewwear.co.uk, or use the model cancellation form below / on our Website).
• You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your cost (unless we agree to collect or cover costs).
• We will refund all payments received from you (including delivery costs for the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), minus any deduction for diminished value if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., more than trying them on).
• We will make the refund using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return if we collect). However, in line with our returns policy, once we receive the goods back in their original condition (with tags attached, unworn, in original packaging), we will process your refund and you will receive your money within five working days.
